R.I.P Paul Hunter
What a truly sad bit of news! Leeds-based Snooker player, Paul Hunter, dies of cancer aged just 27.
I watched this guy play a few times on TV and he always seemed like a top lad -- and a good Northern lad to boot! He was a pretty sharp Snooker player too, won the Master's a few times and just missed out on the World Title a couple of years back.
Really sad news this, especially given that the guy was just 27! :(

My sentiments exactly.
It is a shame to lose someone who was actually a top bloke and gave the sport some "glamour".
It's also scary that he's only a year older than us. Leaving a young daughter behind with his wife must be really hard. I feel so bad for his family.
He will be missed from the game and the sporting world.
