Ebbsfleet Valley is a major 20-year regeneration project in the South East of England, developed by LandSecurities - Europe's largest property company.

The brief was to create an immersive and visually compelling site with lots of visuals, animations and fully searchable text content. 

The Ebbsfleet Valley website was conceptualised by London design agency hat-trick with additional design and all implementation carried out by our team, which included myself and two other designer-developers. I built the site from the ground up in Flash, pulling together static and Flash assets created by the other designers. I devised and implemented the dynamic news facility, as well as creating several test versions of the site using a range of different animated transitions, which we tested with a number of internal users and the client before choosing the final version.

The website was a finalist at the 2007 Property Marketing and Design Awards.
